About PsychRise
PsychRise was created by Dr. Bianca Busch, a board-certified psychiatrist, educator, and private practice owner.
After building her own practice and supporting colleagues through the early stages of private practice, Dr. Busch created PsychRise to make the process feel less lonely, less confusing, and more doable.
The mission is simple:
To help psychiatrists build practices that are financially sustainable, professionally fulfilling, and aligned with the lives they want to live.
Because building a private practice should not be a solitary journey.
